Sleep Soundly Online Programme


Insomnia and sleep issues affect everyone at some point in their lives. When it comes to health and wellbeing, sleep needs to feature right up there with nutrition and movement – after all we spend roughly a third of our lives sleeping! We have designed this 2 week Sleep Soundly Online Programme to guide you on your path to peaceful restorative sleep and enhanced wellbeing. During week 1 we will cover what sleep is, how it enables our bodies to thrive and what makes it difficult at certain times of our lives to fall asleep and stay asleep. Week 2 will be full of practical, achievable tools and techniques to add to your life and prioritise sleep . This essential information will empower you to take back control.
