This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations and Enhanced Wellbeing cares about making sure we both know where we stand. Customers visiting this website, using our services or submitting an order agree that you are over the age of 18 and are willing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should not continue to visit this website or purchase from us. Enhanced Wellbeing reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time.
By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments are allocated a specific time slot. If you arrive late for an appointment or choose to finish an appointment early, you will be charged the full fee for the booked consultation.
These fees are subject to change and do not include any costs for functional testing or medicinals (herbal tonics, flower essences, nutritional supplements etc)
Payments should be made in New Zealand dollars. This needs to be done prior to the consultation or directly after the consultation terminates using cash or EFTPOS facilities. We do not have credit card facilities and we are unable to extend credit terms to our clients.
Enhanced Wellbeing does not offer refunds for a change of mind on consultations, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine or flower essence blends. Unless a product has a fault or has been tampered with at the time of sale, Enhanced Wellbeing is under no obligation to replace the product or give a refund on an unwanted medicinal.
If refunds are required, we will endeavour to have this returned to you as soon as possible after details of your account have been received.
Sometimes life gets in the way. It is possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please contact Enhanced Wellbeing or your practitioner by phone or email. When cancellation occurs inside the 24-hour timeframe 50% of the fee will be charged and, if you do not attend the appointment, you will be required to pay the full consultation fee for that appointment. Enhanced Wellbeing has discretion to decide the fees payable.
In order for us to provide a tailored programme for you we need to ensure we have all the necessary information. When important health information and medications are omitted from your health details this can increase the chance of negative outcomes. Full disclosure is essential. Enhanced Wellbeing takes no responsibility for any negative outcomes if full disclosure is not made.
As a client of Enhanced Wellbeing, you can expect our full support on your journey back to health. We will be available on our mobile phone during business hours and although we may be with clients when you call, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. Please call as soon as possible if you experience any unwanted effects as this can be as simple as altering dosages or slowing things down. This is preferable to stopping your progress and waiting for your next appointment.
Enhancing your wellbeing and gaining control of your health involves making changes that may be uncomfortable at first. However, If you commit to yourself and instil the changes to your lifestyle and nutrition, you WILL see results. We will always begin with the basics and create realistic and manageable recommendations to move forward in a low stress way – emotionally, physically and financially. Our focus is on helping you gain control of your lifestyle and mindset to get to the underlying cause of your health issues. It’s important to remember that dysfunction does not occur overnight so wellness does not either.
