Standard Return Policy

We guarantee our products to be free of defects. If an item you have received is defective, we will be glad to assist you with processing a refund or exchange. For help with processing your return, please contact us by email on [email protected]

  • Please check the products upon opening. Products returned must be in original packaging and have all original labels attached.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days after receipt of product for refund.
  • Enhanced Wellbeing will not accept products after 14 days.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with labels.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Refund value is determined by the price paid for the goods at time of purchase.
  • All products sold on sale are final sale, and cannot be returned unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

New Zealand Shipping Only

Products purchased online from Enhanced Wellbeing will only be shipped to addresses within New Zealand at this time. We are working on ways to bring these beautiful products to the world!
