Refund policy

We guarantee our products to be free of defects. If an item you have received is defective, we will be glad to assist you with processing a refund or exchange. For help with processing your return, please contact us by email onĀ admin@enhancedwellbeing.co.nz.

  • Please check the products upon opening. Products returned must be in original packaging and have all original labels attached.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days after receipt of product for refund.
  • Enhanced Wellbeing will not accept products after 14 days.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with labels.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Refund value is determined by the price paid for the goods at time of purchase.
  • All products sold on sale are final sale, and cannot be returned unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
