Love my night time tea

I love this Chamomile based tea. I have tried many over the years and this is my all time favourite. Love the soothing, full taste of the Chamomile and am sure I am sleeping better. I enjoy it so much I even pack it when I travel.

My favourite!

Love love love this tea! My girls and I have started a before bed ritual. We brew a pot of Relax tea and take out our dainty tea cups for this occasion. Once ready we sit together, debrief our day, and prepare ourselves for a good night's rest. My girls are quick to remind me about brewing our tea if I don't get on with it at the usual time. We love our little tea ritual in the evening and it's all thanks to this beautiful blend.

Directions

Put a teaspoon of your Relax Herbal blend into a self-fill tea bag or tea infuser and place in a cup. Cover with boiling water and steep for 3 - 5 minutes or to your favourite strength.
