This is one of those teas that just feel good drinking. I have ***** this tea for a few years now. It has got me through, love, life, grief and term 10 in the classroom

Directions 

Put a teaspoon of your Relax Herbal blend into a self-fill tea bag or tea infuser and place in a cup. Cover with boiling water and steep for 3 - 5 minutes or to your favourite strength.
