One of my favourites!

Delicious! Exactly what you need to carry you through to the evening. It definitely gives me a little boost - just enough to get through the afternoon not feeling completely exhausted. I love the spearmint instead of the usual peppermint.

Spearmint forms the foundation for this cleansing, energising blend and it is reinforced by healing Kawakawa, cleansing Nettle and the soothing tones of Liquorice and Lemon Verbena. A daytime pick-me-up that will make your day!!

Ingredients
  • Kawakawa
  • Spearmint 
  • Liquorice
  • Lemon Verbena 
  • Nettle 
Directions 

Put a teaspoon of your Relax Herbal blend into a self-fill tea bag or tea infuser and place in a cup. Cover with boiling water and steep for 3 - 5 minutes or to your favourite strength.
