Gluten Free Pancakes to satisfy the cravings

Going gluten free isn't for everyone nor is it necessary for all but there definitely are people that would feel better ditching the big G. The tough part is finding good alternatives to your FAVs. This makes the transition much easier to stick to. 
We are both Gluten Free Gals and we LOVE OMG products and their pancake mix makes it to the top of our list for this weekend brunch idea!

What you need:
OMG Pancake Mix (1 Cup)
1 Cup milk of your choice
1 Banana (mashed)
Fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
What to do:
Mix 1 cup of the pancake mix with 1 cup of milk until smooth
Add mashed banana and vanilla and mix until combined
Cook as you would normal pancakes but add some blueberries to each pancake directly after adding the batter to the pan.
Once cooked, stack them on a plate and top as desired - we like yoghurt, banana, more blueberries, nuts and a drizzle of real maple syrup. Get creative!
