Avocado Mayo

This right here takes any salad, wrap or side to the next level! We even use it as aioli and it is amazing! Packed full of good fats. Do your body and your tastebuds a favour and get this in your belly!

What you need:

2/3 cup mashed ripe avocado.

2 tsp white or cider vinegar.

2 tsp lemon juice.

3/4 tsp onion powder.

1/8 tsp garlic powder.

1/4 tsp salt.

1/4 cup water.

2 tbsp oil, or additional water for a low-fat mayo.

What to do:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Add more water if you are after a thinner mayonnaise. 

If you want it spicy, just add a pinch of cayenne. 

Store leftovers covered in the fridge, 3-4 days.
